Practical modules for kitchen and front of house teams, built from the work we do on site. Each one arrives ready to teach, with your name on it.

What you get with every module
- A presentation, a handout for each person in the room and notes for the presenter
- Written so a confident manager can run the session without trainer experience
- Two lengths from the same material: 60 minutes in full, or 30 minutes for a pre-shift slot
- Your logo, colour and company name throughout
Two ways to buy
Content licence. The materials for every module you choose, branded for you. Your managers deliver them.
Content and delivery. The same materials, plus sessions run on site by us. The materials stay with you. €860 a day, plus travel and accommodation at cost.

Every bundle is 30% less than buying its modules one by one.
- Branding set-up: €300, free with the full library
- More than one site: add 40% for two or three sites, 65% for four or five. Larger groups are quoted separately
- Annual updates: 20% of your bundle price a year, or €600 a year for the full library

Most modules work anywhere. Where a module touches local rules, we confirm which country's version you are getting before you buy. We teach practice, not law.
Library on Call
Every licence can come with Library on Call: a private, searchable page of the exact modules your team bought, built for a phone. When someone asks mid-shift what to check for a coeliac guest, the answer is in their pocket. Free for the first 90 days, then priced with your licence.
