Who we are
This site, osohospitality.es, is run by Oso Hospitality Group SL, CIF B25930140, registered at Av. Alfinach 12, 46530 Puçol, Valencia, Spain. You can reach us at peter@osohospitality.es.
What this site collects
Nothing. There are no analytics, no cookies, no tracking and no forms on this site. Fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so no request about you leaves it at all.
Our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address of anyone who visits. Netlify is based in the United States and those logs are held there. That transfer is covered by Netlify’s data processing agreement, which includes the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Server logs are ordinary for any website and we do not use them to identify anyone.
Emails you send us
If you write to us from the contact page, the button opens your own email app and the message is sent by your email provider straight to peter@osohospitality.es. This site does not see or keep it. We use your address and what you tell us only to reply to you, and we keep the conversation only for as long as we need it to deal with what you asked.
The mailing list
This section applies only if and when you subscribe to our mailing list.
If you give us your email address, we use it to send you our newsletter. That is all. We will not sell it, share it for marketing, or pass it to anyone outside the group.
Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box and then confirming it from the link we email you. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to us.
How long: until you unsubscribe, or until two years after we last hear from you, whichever comes first.
Who else sees it: Brevo, who run our mailing list and process your address on our behalf under contract. They are based in France and store it in the European Union, so it does not leave the EU. Their privacy policy explains what they do with it.
Nobody else. We have not added analytics, advertising pixels or anything else that would share it further.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. Write to peter@osohospitality.es and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at aepd.es.
Changes
If we add anything that changes what this page says, this page will be rewritten to cover it and dated again.
