Price is one test of a supplier, not the only one. We find, vet and approve suppliers who are reliable, ethical and able to deliver when and where you need them, and make sure your food safety plan (HACCP, or APPCC in Spain) covers every one.
Ordering and paperwork
Templates for ordering, scheduling and customs, built around your operation and set up in the tools your team already uses.
Shipping and imports
We track deliveries, choose the shipping and handle the import and export paperwork, sourcing products that meet your cost and sustainability standards.
Local and sustainable buying
We look for good producers close to the property first: fewer delivery miles and better produce. Then we work with you and your suppliers to cut packaging and food waste, mostly through better planning.
Own label wines and spirits
Wines and spirits bottled under your own label, with the label and branding designed by our partner Maneuvre.
