I was too young and naive when I took my first head chef role. I didn't know what I didn't know, and I lost some very good chefs.
That lesson shapes how we work: we build the team and the systems so the property runs without us, not around us.
You work with the people who do the work
A small core team, and a wide network of specialists we bring in where the property needs them, from spa and wellness to watersports.

Where we work
Based just outside Valencia, working wherever the property is. So far that has meant the UK, Spain, the Netherlands, Senegal, Barbados, the British Virgin Islands and the USA.
