What we do
Venue
We find and vet venues against your guest list, budget and objectives, and check the rooms, the site and the food and drink before you commit.
Budget
One event or a year of them. We set the budget, manage it, and close with a final report and cost analysis, including sponsor costings and any extra activities.
Running the event
We work alongside your team and handle the venue, the suppliers and every message to your guests. We are on site throughout.
Programme and production
Agendas, itineraries, panels and interview questions. Photography and film, guest gifts and printed materials. We contract the speakers, performers and production crew.
